Metro...In Dino Release Date: Aditya Roy Kapur-Sara Ali Khan Starrer To Finally Hit The Big Screens

After multiple delays, Metro...In Dino has finally set a release date. The film was originally scheduled to hit the big screen in March 2024. The makers have now announced the new release date for the film, and are raising fans' anticipation.

When will Metro… In Dino release?

Filmmaker Anurag Basu’s anthology starring names such as Aditya Roy Kapur and Sara Ali Khan titled Metro… In Dino has been locked for a July 4 release. Along with the lead stars, the movie also features, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Metro…In Dino is a sequel to the 2007 film titled Life In Metro.

The makers of the film took to the Instagram account to announce the release of the film. The caption along with the post read, “When love, fate and city life collide magic is bound to happen! #Metro… इन दिनों brings the stories of heart from the cities that you love! Experience it on #July4th in cinemas near you."

DYK Metro...In Dino was scheduled to release in March 2024

Originally, Metro...In Dino was slated to hit theatres on March 29 this year. It was then deferred to release in September and was eventually pushed to November 29. Metro...In Dino marks Aditya and Basu's second collaboration. The duo first worked together in Ludo.

The film draws its title from the song In Dino from Life in a... Metro. Gulshan Kumar & T-Series in association with Anurag Basu Productions Pvt Ltd present Metro .. In Dino. As per reports, the movie was delayed because the director Anurag Basu was not happy with the creative output of the film. A source close to the movie production told Mid-day that the director Anurag Basu is unhappy with the final result of the movie. Due to his ‘dissatisfaction' with the project, he decided to reshoot some scenes. Because of this, it was also reported that Basu has delayed the commencement of his next with Kartik Aaryan. Consequently, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 star has decided to begin shooting for the film Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 on his now free dates.
