Khushi Kapoor, Boney Kapoor share heartfelt posts

Sridevi's younger daughter, Khushi Kapoor, who is preparing for her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar's directorial The Archies, expressed her love for her mom with a throwback photo. The photo featured Sridevi happily posing alongside her daughters Janhvi and Khushi, who were teens at the time.

Captioning the photo, she wrote, "Happy Birthday Mama" with white heart emojis. In the photo, the late actress was seen in a traditional blue Kanjeevaram silk saree. The Kapoor sisters sported side braids and ponytails.

Boney Kapoor, on the other hand, took to his Instagram handle and shared a throwback photo from their vacation. In it, he could be seen hugging the actress. "Happy birthday," his caption read. Janhvi Kapoor reposted her father's post on her Instagram stories and dropped heart emojis.

Sridevi left an indelible mark on the Indian film industry over her 4-decade-long career. Some of her most popular films were Lamhe, Chaalbaaz, Judaai, English Vinglish and Mom. Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor tied the knot in 1996. After a year, they welcomed Janhvi Kapoor. In 2000, the welcomed another daughter, Khushi.
