Yaariyan 2 poster out, Meezaan Jaffery, Pearl V Puri join Divya Khosla on fun-filled ride

Yaariyan was released in 2014 and was loved by the audience for its new-age storytelling and fresh cast. Now, almost nine years later, the second installment of the film is coming out.

Yaariyan 2 poster features the trio of Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri and Pearl V Puri. T-Series posted the first poster of the movie and wrote, “Cousins by blood, friends by choice.” The quote hints at the characters and their struggles to be together as friends despite being related by blood. “Unveiling a rollercoaster ride of friendship and emotions,” as per the caption. As per the announcement, the film will be released on October 20.

Yaariyan 2 cast and crew

Alongside Divya Khosla Kumar, Meezaan Jafri and Pearl V Puri, other stars to appear in the upcoming film are Yash Dasgupta, Anaswara Ranjan, Warina Hussain and Priya Prakash Varrier. The budget for Yaariyan 2 is still not announced. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar and Aayush Maheshwari, while it’s been jointly directed by Vinay Sapru and Radhika Rao.
