Bryan Adams celebrates 60th birthday; Life story of the music icon

The global music icon Bryan Adams celebrates his 60^th birthday on November 5, 2019. The Canadian singer has been an integral part of modern rock music since his album Cuts Like A Knife became a sensational hit in 1983. Bryan has delivered massive hits like Summer Of '69, 18 Till I Die and (Everything I Do) I Do It For You and many more throughout his career. He is one of the few Canadian musicians who have toured in India too, Bryan performed in Mumbai back in 2018 as a part of the Bryan Adams The Ultimate Tour. Bryan Adams has evidently earned respect for his music and also his humanitarian work throughout the years. Childhood

Bryan Adams was born in Kingston, Ontario on November 4, 1959. His parents were British-Canadian immigrants, Bryan's father had served in both the British and Canadian armies. Bryan travelled across continents as his parents moved from Portugal, Austria, Israel and Japan during his childhood. His parents divorced when he was 12 years old.

Love for Music

Bryan's interest in music reportedly began when he was given his first guitar at the age of ten. The very next year he got his first electric guitar. Bryan has stated in many interviews that he wasn't interested in studies so he chose to drop out of high school at the age of 15. He joined a band after dropping out of school and starting doing small-time musical gigs. In 1977, While speaking to a news daily, Bryan stated that he was signed by a well-known music label back in 1978, but they paid him only $1 for signing the deal. Bryan released a few albums before releasing the album Reckless, which dropped in 1984. This album featured the song Summer Of '69 which brought Bryan global recognition. The singer-songwriter has been making music since 1978 and continues to make rock music albums and touring at the age of 60.

Family

Bryan never married anyone and has always kept the reason behind it under the wraps. Bryan has stated that he does not wish to reason why he did not marry anyone publicly. Bryan and his former secretary, Alicia Grimaldi have two daughters together. They had their first daughter named Bunny back in 2011 and second daughter, Lula back in 2013.
