Akshay Kumar encourages his followers to try Mudgal
On November 26, Akshay Kumar took to his social media account to share a shirtless picture of himself holding a wooden club in his hand. The wooden club is inscribed with the Hindu religious symbol of “Om”. In the caption, the actor revealed that the club is called a Mudgal and is used in traditional Indian fitness practice.
Sharing the picture the Welcome actor mentioned that his father used to practice using a Mudgal. He also revealed using it everyday ever since and that it is one of the best fitness techniques. He wrote in the caption, “My father used to practice with it and watching him made me fall in love with a Mudgal. For years now, I swing my way to fitness everyday with this 6.5Kg traditional Indian wooden club. Beats everything (not everyone 😜)… Try it!”
Akshay Kumar to star in Sky Force
Akshay Kumar has a series of releases lined up in the coming months. On October 2, Akshay Kumar shared the teaser of his next movie titled Sky Force. Taking to social media, Akshay shared the teaser of the movie which is based on an untold story of India’s first and deadliest airstrike. The teaser begins with an original clip of Lal Bahadur Shastri, wherein he can be seen saying: “talwar ki nok par, ya atom bomb ke darr se, koi hamare desh ko jhukana chahe, dabana chahe, ye desh hamara dabne wala nahi hai.” “Ham hatyaaro ka jawab, hatyaaro se de. Jai Hind,” the speech clip of Shastri concluded.
The movie introduces actor Veer Pahariya. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande, and Amar Kaushik, and directed by Sandeep Kewlani, and Abhishek Anil Kapur, the flick will release in cinemas on October 2, 2024. Akshay captioned the teaser as: “Aaj Gandhi-Shastri jayanti ke din, Sara desh keh raha hai- Jai Jawan, Jai Kisaan, Jai Vigyaan, Jai Anusandhaan.
