It's Controversial/ Cher threatens she will leave the US if Donald Trump is re-elected: Last time I almost got an ulcer

Cher has never minced her words when it comes to sharing her stance on matters of politics and social relevance. One thing the pop icon has been extremely vociferous about, has been her absolute dislike for the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump. Cher recently commented on what her reaction would be if the four-time indicted Trump was to be re-elected to the White House.

Will Cher leave the United States?

There appears to be a plausible possibility of Cher shifting her base from the United States to elsewhere. The contingency in this matter is with regard to the political climate in the country. Cher recently declared that if Trump were to be re-elected as President of the United States, she would no longer be residing in the country. In signature Cher style, she also exclaimed how Trump's election gave her an ulcer the last time.

Speaking to England's Guardian, Cher said, "I almost got an ulcer the last time. If he get in, who knows? This time I will leave (the country)." Incidentally, prior to Trump's election in 2016, Cher had threatened to "leave the planet" if the business mogul-turned-politician were to make it to the White House, a feat he did achieve.

What is the status of Cher's biopic?

Separately, a biopic on Cher has been in the works for a while with the singer and actress herself involved in the project. However, Cher wants the film to shape up to be nothing short of perfection.
