Dulquer Salmaan was last seen in the pan-India film King of Kotha. While the film gave Salmaan the biggest opening of his career at his homefront of Kerala, it ultimately lost out to its competitor RDX. Now, the actor is moving forward with his upcoming film with actress Meenakshii Chaudhary, which has gone on the floors.

Dulquer Salmaan kicks of shoot with pooja

Ahead of the beginning of the film’s shoot, Dulquer Salmaan, Meenakshii Chaudhary, Venky Atluri and the rest of the film’s team came together for the muhurat. Pictures shared by the official X handle for Sithara Entertainments show the team posing together behind a decorated puja venue. The post read, “An ordinary man has started his journey to Unscalable heights, today.”

Calling her co-actor Dulquer Salmaan a "wonderful person", actress Pooja A Gor opened up on sharing the screen with him in Guns and Gulaabs and spoke about their bond. Pooja was recently seen in the crime-thriller series Guns & Gulaabs, in which she is seen playing officer Arjun's (played by Dulquer) better half.

Guns & Gulaabs is a captivating narrative of firsts, set in the early ’90s in the unpredictable and precarious town called Gulaabganj.
