Deadpool & Wolverine Becomes Highest-Grossing Hollywood Film India In 2024, Beats Godzilla x Kong

Hollywood Box Office: Deadpool & Wolverine released in cinema halls in India on July 26. Into its second week now, the latest superhero fare has already become the highest-grossing Hollywood film in India in 2024. It has surpassed the collections of Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire, which released earlier this year in March.

Deadpool & Wolverine tops list of Hollywood releases in India

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman starrer Deadpool & Wolverine collected over ₹64 crore in its opening weekend in India, as English and Hindi versions of the action-comedy contributed the most to its business. While business did slow down on the weekdays, it picked up slightly over the second weekend.

In its second week now, the Shawn Levy directorial has surpassed the nett collections of the Monsterverse title Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire in India. According to Sacnilk, Deadpool & Wolverine collection stands at ₹111.37 in 12 days while Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire collected ₹112.54 crore during its theatrical run. On Tuesday, Deadpool & Wolverine will become the highest-grossing Hollywood film India in 2024.

Deadpool & Wolverine in the list of top 10 grossers in India in 2024

Deadpool & Wolverine is also in the list of highest-grossing films in India in 2024. The top 10 spots are dominated by South releases, with Kalki 2898 AD leading from the front. Fighter, Shaitaan and Munjya are also in the list of top 10 grossers in India so far.
