There are references to the first two films in the teaser and Rachel's attire, even though The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes is set 64 years before Katniss competes in the Hunger Games

The well-known moment which was referred to by Rachel in her dress, featured Katniss wearing a shimmering white dress that burst into flames as she spun around and spoke to Hunger Games host Caesar Flickerman prior to the fatal competition.

The Hunger Games prequel gets a SAG-AFTRA waiver

Before it opened in theaters on November 17, the eagerly anticipated movie reportedly got a SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement, allowing the actors and crew to start promoting it ahead of schedule. The film centers on a young Coriolanus Snow who lives as an orphan in a tiny apartment with his grandmother and cousin Tigris, 64 years before the events of the first Hunger Games film.

Dean Casca Highbottom is played by Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage. Hunter Schafer will be seen as a young Tigris Snow. Josh Andrés Rivera, who also happens to be Rachel Zegler's off-screen boyfriend, plays Sejanus Plinth, another mentor in the Games.
