Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, the animation movie from Sony Pictures, is now available for streaming on OTT in India. Prime Video shared the news of the film's digital premiere on social media. The story follows Miles Morales, voiced by Shameik Moore, and his journey into the multiverse to seek out the mysterious villain Spot (Jason Schwartzman).

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse now streaming on OTT
Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is now available for streaming on Prime Video. The streaming platform shared a post regarding the same on Tuesday. The synopsis of the movie reads, "Miles Morales is the Spider-Man of Earth-1610. He splits his time between fighting crime as a superhero and dealing with school and parents as a teenager in Brooklyn. His spider-abilities include strength, speed, durability, spider-sense, venom strike and invisibility, among others."

However, Prime Video subscribers will have to pay an additional cost to stream the film as the movie is available for purchase on the streamer. The cost per view of the latest Hollywood film is Rs 399.
Spider-Verse sequel delayed
After the global box office success of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, fans will definitely be looking forward to the threequel Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse, which was earlier scheduled to release in March 2024. However, due to SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes, Sony Pictures is considering several different dates, depending on how long the strike lasts.
The film’s characters are voiced by actors Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Vélez, Jake Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Issa Rae, Karan Soni, Shea Whigham, Greta Lee, Daniel Kaluuya, Mahershala Ali, and Oscar Isaac.
