Rajinikanth struggles to take a selfie in viral video

Rajinikanth's recent visit to the United States has made the news owing to a viral clip of the actor, innocently struggling to take his own picture. The Jailer actor's US trip was in lieu of a regular health check-up. He was accompanied by his daughter Aishwarya.

The video in question shows Rajinikanth being driven around in a convertible. The actor was attempting to capture the moment for himself with a selfie. However, not being adept at it, he ends up taking a video instead. The video also shows Rajinikanth innocently asking the driver, “Is the red button on?”

Rajinikanth has two big banner projects in the lineup, on which the veteran actor is working simultaneously. The first is in Lal Salaam which is notably directed by his own daughter, Aishwarya. The actor will be essaying the role of Moideen Bhai. What's more, Rajinikanth will be briefly sharing the screen with cricketing legend Kapil Dev in the film. Next up, the actor will be seen in Thalaivar 171. Thalaiavar 171 is being held by Thalapathy Vijay-starrer Leo director Lokesh Kanagaraj and will reportedly be a part of the director's LCU, or, Lokesh Cinematic Universe.
