Kanguva composer Devi Sri Prasad teases Suriya starrer, calls it 'cinematic feast'

Suriya starrer Kanguva is touted to be one of the highly anticipated films of next year. On the actor's 48th birthday, the makers released the teaser, which showcased him in a rugged look. Now, composer Devi Sri Prasad teased the film and what to expect from Suriya's character of a tribe leader.

'I was left in awe,' says DSP
During a media interaction, Devi Sri Prasad shed light on what to expect from Kanguva. He shared that Suriya's performance has reached an "unparallelel level". The National Film Award-winner revealed that after watching two scenes from the film, he was in left "awe".
He promised that the film would be a "grand treat" for fans. "Suriya’s performance has reached an unparalleled level. Kanguva will undoubtedly be a cinematic feast for movie enthusiasts," the Pushpa composer said.

DSP is collaborating for the fifth time with Suriya after Maayavi (2005), Aaru (2005) and Singam (2010), among others. It is the second time he will be working with director Siva after Veeram (2014).
What is the plot of Kanguva?
Earlier, producer G Dhananjayan opened up about the plot of Kanguva and said that period action drama will revolve around historical elements set in contemporary Goa. He added, "Kanguva will incorporate historical elements, but they will not dominate the entire narrative. The movie primarily revolves around an entertaining storyline set in contemporary Goa."
Kanguva will be released in 10 languages in 3D next year. Suriya plays the role of tribe's leader in it.
