Melon Music Awards 2023 nomination: BTS, BLACKPINK Jisoo, FIFTY FIFTY make it to final top 10

The 2023 Melon Music Awards recently announced a list of thirty nominees. These nominees are competing to lift the year's Top 10 awards at the ceremony. The official announcement carries names like BTS, FIFTY FIFTY, SUGA and others. Criteria for consideration and winning in a category is music released by the artists between November 4 2022 to November 1, 2023 in congruence with the number of downloads on Melon, votes made by fans and the artists' streaming count for the year.

The list of nominations released by 2023 Melon music Awards, for its top 10 awards, carries thirty eminent names from the K-Pop industry. The list names aespa, AKMU, BIG Naughty, BSS (SEVENTEEN), BTS, December's DK, FIFTY FIFTY, (G)I-DLE , Huh Gak, IVE, BTS' Jimin, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, BTS' Jungkook, LE SSERAFIM, Onestar aka (Lim Han Byul), Lim Young Woong, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, NewJeans, NMIXX, Parc Jae Jung, SEVENTEEN , Sin Ye Young, Song Ha Yea, STAYC, BTS' SUGA, BIGBANG's Taeyang, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Woody and Zia.

More on the 2023 Melon Music Awards

The Melon Music Awards this year will take place on December 2. The theme for the awards night has been announced to be K-pop Changes the World. The ceremony is also gearing up to unveil an exclusive performance arena - the INSPIRE Arena in Incheon. The arena can reportedly hold up to 15000 people. 

For global fans these artists and bands, the awards night will be streamed live on Wavve, Melon app, and Abema TV. Voting lines for the top 10 awards are also currently open for those holding a registered Melon account - one can vote last on November 16.
