In a recent interview with a regional media house, the movie’s make-up artist Ranjith Ambady opened up about what Prithviraj had to go through to essay his character on screen. He talked about the actor's physical endurance throughout the shooting of the film.

During the interview, Ranjith Ambady disclosed the actor's relentless efforts, including extreme measures like self-imposed starvation to attain the required physique for specific segments of the film. The grueling shooting conditions during the worldwide pandemic lockdown in Jordan added to the challenges. Prithviraj reportedly abstained from meals even when the rest of the crew had access to food, showcasing commitment to his character as a goat-herder.

The makeup artist further revealed the toll this took on Prithviraj's health, highlighting moments where the actor collapsed on set due to the exhaustive demands of the role. "There were times when he had collapsed while filming," said Ranjith.

The intense filming conditions, including walking in the desert under scorching sun, had a significant impact on Prithviraj's well-being, especially when required to move swiftly with a physically frail body for the scenes.
