The Valaikappu ceremony is a South Indian tradition where pregnant women are adorned with bangles to protect and bless both the mother and the unborn child. For the function, the actress donned a forest green-hued Kanjeevaram saree. The saree featured intricate floral gold patterns and a broad, pink-hued zari woven border. She paired it with a contrasting pink-hued raw silk blouse adorned with zari, threadwork, and embellishments.

To complement her look, Pearle opted for minimal makeup and accessorised her look with a gold choker and a layered neckpiece. Her traditional gold rani haar, a pair of gold kadas, and a kamarbandh adorned with motifs of religious deities added a cultural touch to her ensemble. The actress also wore heavy jhumkas and a maang teeka.
