Good Burger 2 will debut on Paramount+ on Nov. 22. Ahead of its release, the makers unveiled the trailer of the film on Monday. It featured actors Kel Mitchell and Kenan Thompson reprising their respective roles of Ed and Dexter.

Ed and Dexter are on a mission to save their business

The trailer for Good Burger 2, which is a follow-up to 1997's fast-food-themed comedy, features the reunited co-stars as their characters, Ed and Dexter. When Dexter goes back to work at Good Burger, he runs across some of Ed's old-timey shenanigans.

The two closest friends visit the corporate headquarters of Good Burger, where they run into evil executives named Lil Rel Howery and Jillian Bell, who want to take the firm global and fire every employee. Rather than recruiting additional staff, the new Good Burger creates robots that resemble Dexter and Ed in appearance and speech, enabling them to embark on a journey to rescue their cherished business.

History of Good Burger

Good Burger 2, which made its initial announcement in March, will make its Paramount+ premiere on November 22. Mitchell starred as Ed in the Nickelodeon sitcom All That, where Good Burger first appeared as a skit.

After that, it was separated into the 1997 movie. With a reported budget of $8 million, it turned out to be a box office hit, earning slightly less than $24 million. After reuniting for a Good Burger sketch on The Tonight Show in 2015, Mitchell and Thompson went on to earn cult status for the movie. They later declared they were open to a new version of the movie over time.
