Meiyazhagan OTT Release: When And Where To Watch Karthi, Arvind Swamy Starrer

Karthi and Arvind Swamy starrer Meiyazhagan hit the theatres on September 27. The movie received positive reviews from the critics but failed to attract the audience to the theatres. Because of this, even a month later, the movie has made its way to the OTT platform.

When and Where to Watch Meiyazhagan?

Meiyazhagan is a Tamil drama which revolves around a man named Arul whose life turns upside down when he bumps into someone from his hometown. The movie is now set to release on Netflix on October 25. the official Instagram page of Netflix shared the new poster of the movie and wrote in the caption, "Never lost, never broken Get ready for @Karthi_Offl and @thearvindswami to take you in for an emotional ride in Meiyazhagan, coming to Netflix on 25 October." The movie will release in five languages - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi.

Directed by Prem Kumar, the film was produced by Karthi's brother Suriya and sister-in-law Jyotika under the banner of 2D Entertainments.

How did Suriya react to Karthi's performance in Meiyazhagan?

In an interview with YouWe Media, Karthi shared Suriya's reaction to his movie. He said, "Suriya was very very happy with the final output of the film. He even asked me about how are you getting these scripts. He also called up the director and spoke to him after watching the film."

Meiyazhagan box office collection

Karthi starrer opened at ₹3.1 crores at the box office in the Tamil version, followed by a considerable hike over the weekend ₹5.3 crores and ₹5.65 crores. In nine days, the movie earned ₹28.15 crore at the box office in India.
