Captain Miller: Sundeep Kishan as cop stands against Dhanush in intriguing first look poster

Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his next highly anticipated film Captain Miller. After announcing the release date of the film, the makers are dropping the first look posters of the cast. Recently, the makers unveiled the look of Sundeep Kishan, who will be standing against Dhanush.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sundeep Kishan shared a still from the film announcing the release date of the film. In the image, he can be seen sitting on a rock with a piece of paper in his hand. He can be seen in a khaki uniform with an intense look on his face. In the background, we can see Vinoth Kishan and other cops standing in a line. The film marks Sundeep’s comeback in the Tamil film industry after the 2017 sci-fi thriller, Maayavan.

Later, the actor shared a similar photo, lauding the performance of Vinoth Kishan, who can be seen standing behind him in the background. He will also be playing a British cop in the film. He wrote, "A special Shout Out to the incredibly talented @vinoth_kishan in the picture... Watch out for his Part in the Film :)"

Captain Miller postponed?

Dhanush starrer Captain Miller was earlier scheduled to release on December 15. However, the makers have postponed the film and will now release on Pongal 2024. It will be the fourth Tamil film to release on Pongal after Lal Salaam, Ayalaan, Aranmanai 4 and Siren.

Helmed by Arun Matheswaran, Captain Miller also stars Priyanka Arul Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, John Kokken, and Edward Sonnenblick. It will be released under the banner of Sathya Jyothi Films, with GV Prakash Kumar providing the music.
