Karthi is currently inching towards the release of his next film, Japan. Slated for a release amid the festive season, the film marks the actor's 25th silver screen project making the film that much more special for his fans and followers. The recent audio launch of the event was graced by several big stars.

The Japan audio launch event was a star-studded affair

The official audio launch for upcoming Tamil film Japan, was recently held at the Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. Not just Karthi, but several eminent names marked their presence at the event. The film's production house, Dream Warrior Pictures, has been sharing pictures from the event revealing it to be a rather star-studded affair.

A particular picture from the event has created quite a buzz on the internet, which shows Karthi along with Arya, Vishal, Tamannaah Bhatia and Jayam Ravi. The picture also features Anu Emmanuel, who is the female lead of the film. Karthi was last seen in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan: II which released earlier this year. Considering the immense success of the film, all eyes are now on Japan which is slated for a Diwali release this year.

Actor Suriya also marked his presence at the event. A picture of the actor warmly greeting Karthi has been shared by Dream Warrior Pictures' official Instagram handle. Suriya also made his way to stage to wish Karthi and the team of Japan the best of luck for their upcoming release. 

Also creating buzz on the internet, are pictures of Tamannaah Bhatia shaking a leg with Karthi. The two can be seen sharing a light moment as they share a fun dance.
