Roadies Winner Ashutosh Kaushik Reflects On Clash With Raghu Ram: Main Teri Gaaliyan Sunne Nahi Aaya

Roadies is one of the popular reality shows which has been going on for television for several years. Raghu Ram is one of the most celebrated names when it comes to Indian reality shows. Ashutosh Kaushik winner of the two most well-received TV reality shows of India- Bigg Boss and  Roadies, enjoyed a good limelight after bagging the titles. Ashutosh recently opened up about the tension between him and Raghu Ram which happened during the show.

Ashutosh on his clash with Raghu Ram: Mein teri gaaliyan sunne aaya hi nahi

In an interview with Siddharth Kannan, for his YouTube channel, Ashutosh recalled how there was tension between him and the Roadies judge Raghu Ram. He said, “Use kaha, Tujhse task nut hua. Maine kaha, Kya Sachin Tendulkar hai jo zero pe out ho gaya? Aur aisa nai hai mein yahan teri gaaliyan sunner to Maya nai. La humara thaila de, hum to apne ghar chal rahe hai."

He further said, "Teri izzat tab tak hai jab tak hum tujhey gaaliyan nahi dete. Agar humne deni shuru kardi to fir kya karega? Mein teri gaaliyan sunne aaya hi nai…Task karne aaya hoon. Har ek thodi ho jayega mujhse bhi. Tu karke dikha de”. (He said, ‘You could not perform the task.’ I said, ‘Am I Sachin Tendulkar that I got clean-bold at zero? And the thing is I am not here to listen to anyone's abuses. Give me my bag, I will go back to my home. You are respected till the time I do not abuse you. If I start abusing you, then what are you going to do? I am not here to listen to your abuses at all. I am here to do the task. I cannot perform all the tasks. You show me if you can do them).”

Controversy surrounding Ashutosh Kaushik

Ashutosh had created a commotion in an inebriated state outside a cafe in Andheri, Mumbai, 2013. Several reports state that the police sources caught the actor under the influence of alcohol. Moreover, in a statement to the police, Ashutosh Kaushik and his friends said that they were invited to a party as guests. However, something went wrong inside, and some people allegedly assaulted him and his friends inside the venue. 

In 2020, Ashutosh Kaushik evoked Right to be Forgotten. He stated that he had suffered 'psychological pain' for diminutive acts that he had committed a decade ago following his rise to fame. The reality TV star stated that the recorded videos, photos, articles of the same are available on various search engines/ online platforms furthering his agony.

Ashutosh Kaushik is an actor and have also participated in reality shows. He was the winner of  Roadies 5.0 in 2007 and the 2nd season of Bigg Boss in 2008. Later he was seen in Roadies 8 and in the second season of Bigg Boss. Ashutosh has also been part of films including Love Ke Funday, Pitamah, Zila Ghaziabad, Bhadas, Shortcut Romeo and Kismet Love Paisa Dilli.
