Mookuthi Murugan was declared the winner of the latest season of Super Singer, on Sunday, November 10. Super Singer 7 is an Indian reality show that focuses on hunting out the best singers in the state. The show airs in Tamil on Star Vijay. The show is hosted by Ma Ka Pa Anand and Priyanka Deshpande. The show has a huge fan base amongst the Tamil-speaking crowd. Super Singer 7 was judged by the singers P. Unnikrishnan, Anuradha Sriram, Shweta Mohan, and Benny Dayal.

Murugan thanks fans for their support

On Sunday, November 10, 2019, Mookuthi Murugan was declared the winner of the music reality show, Super Singer 7. The winner was in the competition against the contestants Sam-Vishal, Vikram, Punya, and Gowtham. Murugan won a trophy as well as a house worth ₹50 lakhs. He will also get an opportunity to be a part of Anirudh Ravichander’s next music album. Mookuthi Murugan, upon winning the title, thanked all his supporters for giving him a chance to perform on such a huge platform. He also thanked Tamilians across the world for supporting him and having faith in him. Mookuthi Murugan won on the basis of the points given by the judges and also with the help of the votes that he received from his fans.

Vikram was declared the second runner-up of Super Singer 7. He was rewarded with gold worth ₹25 lakhs. On the other hand, Vishal and Punya were the second runner ups. Anirudh Ravichander promised to give Vishal and Punya a chance to sing in one of his songs.
