Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi starrer film titled Thandel, see new poster

Naga Chaitanya, popular Telugu actor is gearing up for his 23rd film opposite Sai Pallavi. The film finally has a title, which the actor announced on his Instagram account along with a new poster. In the poster, Naga can be seen sitting on a boat in the sea while holding the anchor of the boat as if he sailing in the water.

Naga Chaitanya's 23rd project gets a title

In the Instagram post, he wrote, “#NC23 is #Thandel. A character I’m really looking forward to playing .. and a team I’m really fond of @chandoo.mondeti,@saipallavi.senthamarai,@ThisIsDSP and every one at @GeethaArts.”

This movie has marked the actor's third collaboration with the director Chandoo Mondeti, Naga will be essaying the role opposite Sai Pallavi in this romantic story. Chandoo and Naga have earlier collaborated in the Telugu remake of the hit Malayalam films like Premam and Savyaasachi. But both their past works resulted in mediocre results. 

What is the storyline of Thandel?

The plot of the movie revolves around the fisherman. It is a romantic story set against the backdrop of Gujarat. The music is helmed by  Devi Sri Prasad. The regular shoot to kickstart in December. Naga Chaitanya is playing the role of a fisherman in the film. this movie is directed by Chandoo Mondeti. The actor  who is for hits like Karthikeya and Karthikeya 2.

Besides, Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer for the film. Produced by Allu Aravind’s Geetha Arts. Other cast details and the release date of the film are yet to be announced. Naga Chaitanya was last seen in the film Custody, which was a box-office disappointment.
