Sarojini Nagar: Two workers lost their lives, and another was injured after inhaling poisonous gas inside a sewer tank at a construction site in southwest Delhi's Sarojini Nagar, police reported on Wednesday.
The incident occurred on Tuesday afternoon when the workers entered the tank for cleaning. Initial investigations suggest that the workers succumbed to the toxic fumes present in the confined space, according to a police officer.
The injured worker is currently receiving treatment at a local hospital.
