CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Exam 2024 Result Declared: Check Here

Patna: The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC), on Thursday, announced the CSBC Bihar Police Constable Result 2024. The candidates, who appeared for the Bihar Police Constable  Recruitment Examination 2024, can check the results on the official website, csbc.bihar.gov.in. A total of 1,195,101 candidates took part in the Bihar Police Constable Recruitment Examination. Of those who appeared for the exams, the results for 511 candidates have been withheld. 

After the declaration of the results, those who qualified in the exams can now prepare for the next stage of the test, which is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

The CSBC conducted this exam to fill 21,391 vacancies in various Bihar Police units, including District Police and Bihar Special Armed Police. This recruitment drive covers an extensive range of vacancies across categories.

• General (UR): 8,556
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS): 2,140
• Scheduled Caste (SC): 3,400
• Scheduled Tribe (ST): 228
• Extremely Backward Class (EBC): 3,842
• Backward Class (BC): 2,570 (including 56 transgender candidates)
• Backward Class Women (BCW): 655

With these category-based vacancies, a total of 21,391 positions will be filled under the CSBC's recruitment drive.

Eligible Candidates Will Go Through Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Next:

Candidates who qualified in the CSBC Bihar Police Constable exam 2024 will now advance to the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), with CSBC soon releasing the schedule on its official website.

This PET stage is mandatory for all shortlisted candidates, and no extensions or rescheduling requests will be accepted. Details regarding the date, time, and venue will be published on csbc.bihar.gov.in, where PET admit cards will also be available.

It is important to note that no admit card will be sent by post; all candidates must download it from the site.
