Will cyclone Michaung impact Bengaluru? Here’s what the weather department has predicted

Chennai: As Cyclone Michaung wreaks havoc in Chennai and its neighboring regions, concerns arise about its potential impact on Bengaluru's weather. Indian Meteorological Department scientist A Prasad addressed these concerns, stating that while there is a possibility of rain in the next few days, Bengaluru can expect cloudy weather with temperatures fluctuating between 27 and 19 degrees Celsius.

Prasad highlighted the anticipation of high winds, with speeds ranging from 30 to 40 kmph, and a brief cold wave for a day or two.

- Bengaluru International Airport (KIAL): Max temperature 23.7°C, Min temperature 19.6°C, Trace rainfall, Relative humidity 86%.

- Bangalore HAL Airport: Max temperature 23.8°C, Min temperature 18.5°C, Trace rainfall, Relative humidity 88%.

- Cloudy sky, light rain very likely, mist during early mornings in some areas.
