Sharad Pawar's NCP Announces 22 Candidates In New List, Fields Satish Anna Patil From Erandol

Sharad Pawar's NCP has announced the list of 22 candidates for the forthcoming Assembly elections in Maharashtra.

Mumbai: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP)-Sharadchandra Pawar has announced list of 22 candidates for the upcoming Assembly elections in Maharashtra . The list has been declared by NCP State President Jayant Patil. In total, the party has announced 67 candidates so far out of 90 seats it's going to contest.

Announcing the list, Jayant Patil said, “So far I have announced the names of 67 candidates and we will win in all the places.”

On the seat-sharing among the Maha Vikas Aghadi, Patil says, “There will be no meetings now. Discussions are being held over the phone... All ( Congress , Shiv Sena and NCP-SC) are contesting around 90 seats, there will be 2-3 seats more or less, so what Balasaheb Thorat has said is correct.”

BJP names 22 more candidates for Maharashtra  

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also released another list of 22 candidates for the Maharashtra elections. Elections in the state will be held on November 20, while the counting of votes will take place on November 23.
