Woman Sedated, Dragged, Kidnapped By Husband, In-Laws in Broad Daylight in Pune | WATCH

Pune: Shocking visuals emerged on Friday when a woman was allegedly kidnapped by her in-laws in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area of Pune. As per the CCTV footage, the woman was forcibly dragged by two men and a woman and put inside a car.

As per the CCTV footage, the woman, despite her resistance, is dragged on the road by the trio. The incident took place on Thursday around 3 pm. 

As the incident unfolded in broad daylight, several bystanders simply stood by and witnessed the entire crime. The woman who was forced into the car will be filing a police complaint at the Wakad Police Station. She has alleged that her in-laws tried to kidnap her and beat her up after injecting her. 

Cops said the couple, who got married one-and-a-half years ago, often quarrelled with each other over disagreements over the husband's alleged demands for physical relations from the wife. As a result of which, the wife left her in-law's house and began staying with her cousin.

The woman in a bid to escape her husband's efforts to get in touch with her, travelled to Mumbai, Ghatkopar, and  Delhi. When her in-laws learnt that she was working Wakad, they insisted she return with them.

Upon refusing, her husband allegedly kidnapped and sedated her and kept her in his car overnight. The woman reached out to the cops with the help of a youngster and narrated her ordeal.
