Ganesh Visarjan 2024: Rituals

Devotees usually wake up early in the morning, take a bath, and clean their homes and puja areas. Family members and relatives visit Bappa at home for one last time until his return the following year. Several special dishes and sweets, such as modak and laddoos, are prepared. The Ganesh idols are decorated with garlands, and after performing the final aarti, the idol is taken to the sea or a water body for immersion.
