Supercar Blondie’s First Indian Ride: Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 Takes on the World!
Indian manufacturer has been deemed special or worthy of the coverage of the team at Supercar Blondie – that is, until now!
The World’s Top Auto Influencer covered an Indian automobile for the very first time – it’s not what you think!
Alex Hirschi – or as she is popularly known – ‘Supercar Blondie’ has been the top auto influencer in the world for over a decade and has built her brand on the back of covering truly special, exotic cars, motorcycles and well – anything that is fast and unique! One regularly sees brands like Pagani, Ferrari, Lucid & Koenigsegg on her channel (that has over 16 million subscribers on YouTube and another 18 million on Instagram) and one-offs, truly exotic concepts by brands such as BMW, Mercedes & Tesla.
It is no small wonder then that for over a decade, no Indian manufacturer has been deemed special or worthy of the coverage of the team at Supercar Blondie – that is, until now!
Ultraviolette Automotive – a company that is designing, manufacturing & marketing motorcycles focused on the performance end of the pyramid – has been covered in Supercar Blondie’s latest video that pits the Ultraviolette F77 Mach 2 against an RC jet in a drag race on an airstrip. The riveting video showcases the electrifying performance of the motorcycle and underpins why it’s rapidly gathering a cult following in Bangalore and surrounding environs. The 0-60 kmph time pegged for the motorcycle is an astonishing 2.8 seconds.
The video goes on to highlight some of the futuristic and cutting edge technology available in the motorcycle – right from ten levels of dynamic regenerative braking (energy is recovered while braking and returned to the battery – F1 fans may have heard of this one!) and switchable Traction Control. Even some of the niftier features like electronic document storage & the different riding modes left the reviewers amazed.
That’s not all! The video goes on to celebrate the feat of engineering that is the F77 Mach 2 by accomplishing something that has never been done before – and that is to put an electric motorcycle 20 metres under water at the world’s largest man made pool in Deep Dive Dubai! The incredible visuals from the video go on to underline the stellar leaps made in manufacturing quality and engineering prowess by an Indian startup.
The F77 Mach 2 has been given a place of honour under water and is available for all visitors to the Dive Centre to marvel at. To state the obvious, it is a proud moment to see an Indian brand take the world of performance mobility by storm. While known for ‘Value Engineering’ in the world of 2-wheelers, it is about time that India takes pole position in the realms of Design, Technology & Performance!
