This makes them a powerhouse for starting off your morning. One egg has 7 grams protein and 75 calories.

Sunny side up 

Easiest and simplest to make yet packed with nutrition. A sunny side up, also called a half fried egg, is in itself a very versatile dish. You can go classic with this method of making the perfect egg with a solid white and runny yolk. To make it flavourful, you can also add cheese and chili oil to it. Pair it with toast, avocado slices, or even a sourdough.
