FC Tokyo clinched the 2020 J.League Levain Cup on Monday after beating Kashiwa Reysol 2-1 at the Tokyo National stadium.

The final was originally scheduled for November but had to be postponed after the emergence of a COVID-19 cluster infection among Kashiwa Reysol's players and team staff.

Leandro put FC Tokyo ahead on 16 minutes before Kashiwa Reysol levelled matters just before half-time.

Substitute Adailton scored the winning goal in the 74th minute as FC Tokyo clinched the Levain Cup for the third time in their history.

It is also Kenta Hasegawa's first silverware as FC Tokyo manager.
