19-year-old Nakashima beats Isner to reach first ATP tour-level final

Brandon Nakashima is on course to win his maiden ATP Tour title at the Mifel Open in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Nakashima beat second seed and fellow American John Isner 7-5, 6-4 in one hour and 28 minutes to reach his first tour-level final on Friday evening (23 July).

The 19-year-old is the youngest American to reach an ATP Tour championship match since an 18-year-old Taylor Fritz in Memphis five years ago.
