C.P. Radhakrishnan Sworn In As India’s 15th Vice President

VP-elect C.P. Radhakrishnan took oath on Friday as India’s 15th Vice President at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Just three days earlier, the NDA candidate and former Maharashtra Governor won the vice-presidential election, defeating I.N.D.I.A. bloc candidate and ex-Supreme Court Judge B. Sudershan Reddy by 152 votes. The ceremony was attended by top leaders, including PM Modi, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, and former vice-presidents Jagdeep Dhankar, Venkaiah Naidu, and Hamid Ansari.
