The large BlueBird Block-2 spacecraft was launched successfully by ISRO's strong "Bahubali" rocket, the LVM3-M6, which lifted off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota. India's space program has reached a significant milestone with this committed commercial mission in collaboration with US-based AST SpaceMobile. With the largest commercial communications array (223 m2) in LEO, the 6,100 kg BlueBird Block-2 is the heaviest payload ever sent into LEO by LVM3.
