National Herald Case: Delhi High Court Issues Notice On ED's Plea Against Sonia & Rahul Gandhi

Delhi High Court on December 22 issued a notice regarding the Enforcement Directorate's challenge to a lower court's decision againstance of a money laundering complaint in the National Herald matter, which implicates Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, representing the ED, made submissions before Justice Ravinder Dudeja.
