Uttarkashi Cloudburst Havoc: A powerful cloudburst in the Kheer Ganga river catchment area triggered destructive flash floods in Uttarkashi’s Dharali villages, sweeping away homes and leaving over 50 people missing. Uttarkashi police confirmed that large-scale rescue and relief operations are in progress, involving the police, SDRF, army, and other emergency teams. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed deep concern and said he is monitoring the situation closely.
