The seat was cracked and sunk in when I went to sit on it. Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has chastised Air India for recent problems. The airline has been chastised by the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), which has also demanded a thorough report on the issue within 24 hours.
