Reddit Group Tracks Elon Musk's Private Jet Reports 10 Flights in Past Three Days

Viral News: A Reddit group tracking Elon Musk's private jet has caught the internet's attention, amassing over 200,000 followers.  

According to reports, the group was created in 2022, but it gained significant popularity after the tech billionaire joined the Trump administration.  

The group reportedly uses publicly available data, similar to Jack Sweeney's famous @ElonJet account, to monitor Musk's travel schedule. In the past three days alone, Musk's private jet has reportedly taken 10 flights. The aircraft has been crisscrossing the United States, making stops in Texas, Florida, and New York in the days following Donald Trump’s election victory.  

Reacting to the news, a Reddit user commented, "He is now a politician. He has no right to privacy because he is not a private citizen anymore."  

In a previous incident from less than three years ago when Musk threatened to sue Jack Sweeney, a University of Central Florida student behind the @ElonJet Twitter bots that tracked his private jet. Sweeney used publicly available data from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration to map Musk’s flight routes.  

At the time, Musk offered Sweeney $5,000 to stop tracking his jet. However, Sweeney countered with a demand for $50,000 or an internship at one of Musk’s companies, but he reportedly never received a response from the billionaire.
