An animated video has gone viral on Chinese social media that recreates former US President Donald Trump’s assassination. The animated video is inspired by a Japanese anime series called “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure”.

The video shows Trump using "stand,” a spiritual manifestation of his soul, to grab the bullet before it hits his ear. This creative concept draws inspiration from the popular Japanese anime series 'JoJo's Bizarre Adventure', known for its characters who utilize "stands" to perform their battle.

The animation of Trump's "stand" grabbing the bullet is a direct reference to a scene from the series where the protagonist, Jotaro Kujo, shoots himself in the head, and his "stand" grabs the bullet before it pierces his head.

The video recreates a famous photo captured by an Associated Press photographer.

Trump assassination attempt:

On July 13th, during a Trump campaign rally, Thomas Matthew Crooks, aged 20 and identified as a Republican, shot at Trump. He killed one supporter and injured two others, besides Trump, at the Pennsylvania rally before being killed by a sniper.

The video has been viewed over 202,600 times on the social media platform X. It's important to note that the video is not real footage but rather an animated recreation of the event.
