Viral Video: World’s Shortest Woman Meets Tallest Woman For The First Time in London

Viral News: Rumeysa Gelgi, the world's tallest woman, and Jyoti Amge, the world's shortest woman, met over a cup of tea at London's renowned Savoy Hotel on Guinness World Records Day 2024. Rumeysa, a 27-year-old web engineer from Turkey, stands at 215.16 cm (7 ft 1 in), whereas 30-year-old Indian actor Jyoti Amge is 62.8 cm (2 ft 1 in).

According to the Guinness World Record, Jyoti Amge and Rumeysa Gelgi (the world's smallest and tallest women) loved each other's company and shared a lovely afternoon tea at the Savoy Hotel in the heart of London. The two women, who symbolise some of Guinness World Records' most beloved and recognisable titles, looked excited, as can be seen in the viral video. 

Jyoti Amge and Rumeysa Gelgi both got to know each other over a pleasant morning of tea and cakes. 

"Meeting Jyoti for the first time was wonderful," Rumeysa Gelgi, the world's tallest woman, told GWR. Jyoti Amge on the other end shared a similar experience meeting Rumeysa for the first time, saying, “I'm used to looking up and seeing people taller than me," says Jyoti.

Guinness World Record shared this lovely and jouyus video on its social media account, which is now going viral, leaving people amused.
