Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya said Thursday she was eager to start talks with the Kremlin despite Russia including her name on a list of wanted persons.

Tsikhanouskaya, a former opposition candidate in the Belarusian presidential elections, left her country and fled to Lithuania.

She said that didn't alter her willingness for change in Belarus.

Speaking at the GLOBSEC 2020 Forum in Bratislava, Tsikhanouskaya said "we can't demand on all the countries to support us. It's up to every country, up to every leader. But it can't stop us from our fight.''

The Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs said in a statement that an intergovernmental arrest warrant was directed at Tsikhanouskaya, but didn't specify charges against her.
