Large fire engulfs multi-family Massachusetts home

Fire crews battled a massive fire in a multi-family home in Revere, Massachusetts on Thursday.

Aerial footage from the scene showed heavy flames and thick, black smoke coming from the structure.

Crews doused nearby structures in an attempt to keep the flames from spreading to more buildings.

The three-alarm fire broke out Thursday afternoon on Endicott Avenue in the Beachwood area of Revere, local media reported.

It was not immediately clear if anyone was inside the building when the fire broke out, WCVB-TV reported.
