Honda Shine 100 Updated: Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India has launched the updated version of its commuter motorcycle, Shine 100 in India. The two-wheeler manufacturer has slightly revised the design of the Shine 100, which comes in five colour options and is now compliant with the OBD-2B emission norms. The Honda Shine 100 continues to be unchanged mechanically, and rivals Hero Splendor in its segment.

Since its launch in March 2023, Shine 100 has established itself as one of the fastest-growing brands in HMSI’s motorcycle portfolio,” Mr Tsutsumu Otani, Managing Director, President & CEO, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said.

The price of the 2025 Honda Shine 100 is ₹68,767 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company offers it in a single variant option to the buyers.
The 2025 Honda Shine 100 has a similar design as the Shine 125. The graphics are revised and have blacked-out alloy wheels, long and single-piece seating, and a sleek muffler. Honda offers Shine 100 in five colour options, which are Black with Red, Black with Blue, Black with Orange, Black with Gray, and Black with Green.
The 2025 Honda Shine 100 has telescopic front forks and twin-rear shock absorbers at the rear. It has a lightweight and durable diamond-type frame.
Honda two-wheelers have updated the Shine 100 with the OBD-2B compliance to meet the latest emission regulations with the 2025 update. It is powered by a 98.98cc single-cylinder petrol engine, which produces 7.28BHP and 8.04Nm torque, paired with a four-speed manual gearbox. Regarding braking, the Honda Shine 100 has a combi-braking system, and misses out on offering a disc-brake to the buyers.
