BMW Cars to Become Costlier From April 2025: Check Details

BMW Group India has announced a price revision of its entire model lineup by 3 per cent from April 2025.

BMW Cars Price: BMW Group India has announced a price revision of its entire model lineup, which includes Mini Cars and BMW cars by 3 per cent from April 2025. While BMW has not specified the reason behind the price hike, it said the revision will apply to the locally produced and imported units. 

Locally Manufactured BMW Cars:

BMW India has a wide portfolio of locally manufactured cars. This list consists of 2 Series Gran Coupe, 3 Series Long Wheelbase, 5 Series Long Wheelbase, 7 Series Long Wheelbase, X1, X3, X5, X7, M340i and iX1 Long Wheelbase.

Completely Built-Up BMW Cars in India:

Apart from locally producing cars in India, there are multiple cars that are imported by BMW in India. The list consists of i4, i5, i7, i7 M70, iX, Z4 M40i, M2 Coupe, M4 Competition, M4 CS, M5, M8 Competition Coupe and XM (Hybrid). 

Recent BMW Launch:

BMW recently updated the 3 Series with convenience features in India. The company added reverse parking assistance, parking assistance, driving assistance with blind spot monitoring and a digital key. Further, BMW now offers the 3 Series with a diesel engine. Earlier the buyers had a single petrol engine to opt from. It is powered by a 2.0L inline four-cylinder diesel engine, which produces 187BHP and 400Nm torque, mated to an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The buyers of the BMW 3 Series diesel have two variants to opt from, 320 Ld M Sport priced at ₹ 62lakh (ex-showroom) and 320 Ld M Sport Pro, which is priced ₹65 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the design and other aspects of the 3 Series remains unchanged. 

Price Hike by Other Luxury Automakers:

In the luxury cars segment, according to a PTI report, citing a spokesperson, Mercedes-Benz India has announced a price revision of its entire model lineup in India due to weakening of the Rupee against the Euro.
