Planning for Hyundai Car, Consider It Before April 2025: Here’s Why?

As major automotive manufacturer have announced a price hike of their lineup from April 2025, Hyundai Motors India will hike its prices by 3% from April 2025.

Hyundai Cars Price: As major automotive manufacturer have announced a price hike of their lineup from April 2025, Hyundai Motors India today announced that the auto manufacturer will be soon hiking the price of its models by 3 per cent. However, in a statement, Hyundai said the price hike will vary on the models and the variants. Recently, other auto manufacturers, like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Kia India, and Mercedes-Benz have announced a similar price revision of its models.

“With the sustained increase in operational expenses, it has now become imperative to pass on a part of this cost escalation through a minor price adjustment,” Mr Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and Chief Operating Officer, HMIL, said.

Reason for Price Hike:

Hyundai in a statement said that the price increase comes due to rising input cost, increased commodity prices and higher operational expenses, amongst other reasons.

Price Hike by Maruti Suzuki:

Maruti Suzuki was the first manufacturer, to announce a price hike of its models in April 2025. The automaker has announced a price revision of 4 per cent on its entire lineup, but will vary on the models and the variants.

Price Hike by Tata Motors:

Following Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors recently announced that the company intends to make a price revision of its models. However, the company has not clarified how much per cent will be the price hike on its models, and which variants will get affected.

Price hike by Kia India:

The third automaker on the list thay made a price revision is Kia India. After Maruti Suzuki and Tata Motors, Kia India announced a price hike of 3 per cent on its models. All the three automakeres have cited the reason for the price hike as the rise in input costs and operational expenses.

Price Hike by Mercedes-Benz:

Following the footsteps of Maruti Suzuki, Tata, and Kia, Mercedes-Benz also announced a price revision of its models. According to PTI, the company may rise the price if the Rupee continues to weaken against the Euro.
