Tata Punch EV is set to offer multiple battery pack options, potentially delivering a range of up to 350 kilometres.

The Tata Punch EV is likely to launch later this year and is speculated to be priced at Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). The automotive giant officially launched the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) variant of the micro SUV last week, with prices ranging from Rs 7.1 lakh to Rs 9.68 lakh.
With a seating capacity of five, the Punch EV is set to offer multiple battery pack options, potentially delivering a range of up to 350 kilometres.

Notable features could include a touchscreen system, a digital driver's display, touch-based climate control, push-button start/stop, and cruise control. Safety features encompass up to six front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, a rearview camera, and all-wheel disc brakes.

The Citroen eC3, priced between Rs 11.50 lakh and Rs 12.76 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), is available in Live and Feel variants. With a diverse colour palette including both monotone and dual-tone options, the electric car offers ample boot space of 315 litres and a ground clearance of 170mm.

Powered by a 29.2 kWh battery coupled with a 57 PS/143 Nm electric motor, the eC3 boasts an ARAI-rated range of 320km. Charging options range from a 10-hour, 30-minute charge using a 15A plug point charger to a rapid 57-minute refill from 10 to 80 percent using a DC fast-charger.

Noteworthy features encompass a 10.2-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a manual AC, a digital instrument cluster, keyless entry, an adjustable driver's seat, and connected car technology. On the safety front, it comes with dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors."

Tata's Tiago EV presents a price range spanning from Rs 8.69 lakh to Rs 12.04 lakh (introductory, ex-showroom pan-India), and it is available in four trims: XE, XT, XZ+, and XZ+ Lux. The electric hatchback offers five exterior monotone shades: Signature Teal Blue, Daytona Grey, Tropical Mist, Pristine White, and Midnight Plum.
With battery options of 19.2 kWh and 24 kWh, coupled with an electric motor generating 61 PS/110 Nm and 75 PS/114 Nm, respectively, the Tiago EV boasts a claimed range of 250km to 315km. Various charging options are available, including a 15A socket charger, a 3.3 kW AC charger, a 7.2 kW AC charger, and a DC fast charger. Charging periods for these batteries range from 2.6 hours to 8.7 hours.

The Tiago EV has features such as a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a Harman sound system, auto AC, rain-sensing wipers, steering-mounted controls, and cruise control. On the safety front, the Tiago EV offers dual front airbags, a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), ABS with EBD, and a rear-view camera.
