India vs West Indies: The Board of Control of Cricket in India announced the 15-member squad for the two Tests versus West Indies. While Devdutt Padikkal made a comeback to the side, the big surprise was the snub of Sarfaraz Khan, The young cricketer has been runs in the domestic circuit and would have been hoping for a call-up. It is unfortunate that Sarfaraz could not find a spot in the side.

Fans have taken to social media and are lashing out at the Indian board blaming them for ignoring the young star. Chief selector Ajit Agarkar revealed that the young star is injured. He had earlier not been picked for the Tests in England and was hoping to get opportunities during home Tests, but that has not happened. Here is how fans are reacting.

Meanwhile, Sarfaraz has lost 17 kilos recently to get fitter. He was surely hoping to get picked after having missed the Australia and England tour. It is unfortunate.

BCCI Gives Clarity on Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja has been made the vice-captain of the Test squad after Rishabh Pant made himself unavailable. Chief selector Ajit Agarkar reiterated it during his interaction with the media on Thursday. The first Test starts from October 2 in Ahmedabad's Narendra Modi stadium. And the second Test will take place in Delhi. With crucial WTC points on offer, the Indian team will not take this series lightly.
