CBSE 12th Results 2025: Vijayawada Is A Top Performing District, Know Region-wise Pass Percentage

CBSE Board Class 12th, 120th Result 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the result of 12th class today, May 13 and Vijayawada has become the top performing district. The region recorded the highest pass percentage at 99.60 per cent, followed by Trivandrum at 99.32 per cent and Chennai at 97.39 per cent.

1: Vijaywada: 99.60 per cent

2: Trivandrum: 99.32 per cent

3: Chennai: 97.39 per cent

4: Bengaluru: 95.95 per cent

5: Delhi West: 95.37 per cent

In this session, a total of 17,04,367 students were registered, but out of these, 16,92,794 students appeared, and 14,96,307 students passed the exam. This year, the girls have outperformed the boys by a margin of 5.94 per cent, whereas the transgender category achieved a 100% pass percentage.

The school which has topped is Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) with a remarkable percentage of 99.29%, closely followed by Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) at 99.05 per cent, and Central Tibetan Schools (STSS) at 98.96 per cent.
