While the fever of election campaigning is undoubtedly high among the politicians, the voters' enthusiasm is also high - including those who aren't currently in India and may not be able to vote in the elections that begin on Thursday.

Dancing with BJP flags while wearing t-shirts that have 'Namo again' written on them, a group of NRIs in UK took to the streets for a flash mob in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. They danced on various Bollywood songs including the remake of Shankar Mahadevan's 'Breathless', counting the achievements of the Modi government.

The dance ensemble also featured a man who was dressed up as Prime Minister Modi and joined in with the rest to shake a leg and mimicked PM Modi's  famous lines - 'apka chowkidar aapke liye hai'

Showing his gratitude to the NRI community the Prime Minister has said that it inspires him to see such enthusiasm and dedication amongst Indians, even when they are far away.

The flash mob took place on the same day the BJP released its election campaign song with the tagline 'Phir Ek Baar Modi Sarkar'.

The BJP also released its campaign highlights, which includes the Modi government's "befitting" reply to terrorism by "hitting terrorists by entering enemy territory".

While terming the flash-mob 'epic' and a moment of pride for the nation, the Twitterati said:

Lok Sabha Elections are set to begin on April 11 in the country and the counting takes place on May 23.
