From throwing light to a photoshopped picture of him to flaunting comments over his bare chest snap, Abhay Deol has been sharing interesting Instagram posts. In his latest post, the actor made light of his career, sharing a meme relating to wordplay over his name, to react to the ‘loaded question’ of why one doesn’t see him often on the big screen. The actor stated that he will have to write a book to answer this question, but revealed that he has three films in his kitty.

Sharing a collage of Ab-hay (now there) and ‘Ab-nai-hay' (now not there), Abhay wrote a deeper piece, “Found this online. Illustrates very well a question I get asked by the people and the press all the time. “Why do we not see you more often on the big screen?” It’s a loaded question, one I cannot answer in short. Maybe one day I will write a book about it. But then, I’ve already raked up enough trouble over the years, a book might land too many punches! But for all of you who want more let me tell you that I have 3 films in post production and I’m starting 2 more. As the great Lenny Kravitz once sang, “it ain’t over till it’s over.#playthegame.”

Abhay’s quirky Instagram posts:

Abhay had previously shared a collage of a photoshopped image of his and the 'real deal.'

He had also posted fun-filled post about the comments on his bare-chested snap.

Professional front:

Abhay was seen in the Netflix film ‘Chopsticks’ opposite Mithila Palkar earlier this year. Last year, he was seen in a cameo in ‘Zero’ and was also seen in ‘Nanu Ki Janu’. He will next be seen in two Tamil films, and reportedly as an antagonist in both, one of them is opposite Sivakarthikeyan, as per reports.
